We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving them for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms below.

Returns Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in as-new condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and any free gifts.
  • Products must not be handled more than you would reasonably do in a retail shop. If used, installed, or connected (e.g. to a golf simulator system), we may deduct from your refund to reflect any loss in value.
  • You are responsible for the product until it reaches us, so please pack it securely.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Visible damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
  • If damage is not reported within this time, we may assume it occurred after delivery unless clear evidence proves otherwise.

How to Return

  1. Email customerservice@secondchance.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Send the item(s) to:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service. Pinned Golf is not liable for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email regarding your refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few working days.
  • Any loss in product value due to usage or damage will be deducted from the refund.
  • Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement, contact us at customerservice@secondchance.co.uk.
